Monday morning came way too soon. Went to our friends and stayed up way too late last night. Poor choices are catching up with me. Having serious stomach issues this morning. It's crazy the longer I've maintained feeding my body mostly nutritious food the more sensitive I am to other things. My body has gotten used to the healthy foods and is resisting the crap. Drinks, pizza, chips, etc... this weekend were not a great idea. Anyone else struggle on the Weekends? How do you keep that balance and stay with your goals all weekend?
These boys are wild in the car and I just want to go back to sleep. Ugh time to work and get myself back on track today.
